A mobile vendor that got its start at the Charleston Farmers Market is setting up another shop over the summer on Folly Beach.
The Juice Joint will be open by Memorial Day weekend at 108 East Ashley Ave., operating from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. It will continue to operate at the market on Marion Square 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
The Juice Joint offers made-to-order juices, whole fruit smoothies, acai brain buckets and hand-pressed lemonade and limeades. The orange mobile Folly trailer will stay put during the summer season but be available for off-site functions in the off-season. The owners are Wendy and Mike Ezelle of Folly Beach.
