Sports Illustrated’s Andy Staples admits his Post-Spring Top 25 is a “nerdy” college football ranking. But that didn’t stop his SI.com attempt found here.

The top 10 goes like so:

1. Alabama

2. Texas A&M

3. Stanford

4. Ohio State

5. Notre Dame

6. Oregon

7. South Carolina

8. Louisville

9. Florida

10. Clemson

Note that Staples essentially has South Carolina in the SEC Championship Game and picks Clemson over (No. 12) Florida State as the top team in the ACC.
