Charleston police are looking for more information about two women they say have been acting suspiciously at local medical facilities.
The two women have been going around to local obstetrics and gynecology clinics giving false information about medical conditions, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said.
Police discovered that one of the women, Shavonda Hinson, had an outstanding arrest warrant for aggravated assault in Florida. She is being held for extradition in the Charleston County jail.
Police also released a mug shot of the other woman, identified only as Kimberly Alston.
Police have not found that the women violated any laws locally but are asking anyone who encountered them to call Sgt. David Osborne with the Crimes Against Person Unit at 720-2395.
