Sunday should be partly sunny, with a slight chance of rain in the afternoon and highs in the upper 60s, except in the mid 60s near the coast. It will be breezy with northeast winds 15 to 25 mph and gusts up to 35 mph. The chance of rain Sunday is 20 percent.
