Scuba diving hoses
About 40 high-pressure scuba diving air hoses imported by A-Plus Marine Supply Inc. The hoses were sold at scuba diving retailers nationwide from April 2012 through June 2012. They have a black, smooth rubber outer covering and are about 32 to 36 inches long.
The hose, which connects the regulator to the tank’s pressure gauge, can separate, reducing the air supply to the diver and posing a drowning hazard. There have been three reports of hoses separating, but no injuries have been reported.

About 18,000 four-drawer dressers made by Million Dollar Baby. They include the “Emily” style with M4712, M4722, M4732, and M4742 and similar “Ryan” dressers with the model M4733. The model number, “Million Dollar Baby” and “Made in Taiwan” are printed on a label located on the back of the dresser. The dressers were sold January 2006 through June 2010. When a child climbs up on open dresser drawers, the dresser becomes unstable and poses the risk of tipping over and hurting the child. Million Dollar Baby is offering free retrofit kits with tip-over restraints to consumers who have older dressers.
Two reports of deaths are associated with these dressers.
