Two men caught on video stealing parts at Summerville car lot

Charleston County Sheriff’s Office Two men driving this red truck with chrome were caught on video stealing catalytic converters from Jeeps at U.S. Auto Sales in Summerville about 7:24 p.m. March 24.

Two men were caught on video stealing catalytic converters from vehicles on a Summerville car lot recently.

Charleston County detectives are asking for leads to help find them.

The men removed catalytic converters from two Jeeps at U.S. Auto Sales at 10453 U.S. Highway 78 about 7:24 p.m. March 24, according to the sheriff’s office.

The suspects are both white men between 25 and 40 years old. They arrived and left in a red GMC Sierra Crew Cab truck with chrome flares over both front fenders, chrome rails on top of the truck bed and a gray and black stripe under a chrome strip on the sides.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 308-7311.
