A former employee is accused of setting fire to the law firm where she used to work.

Julie Eckert Thrush, 46, of Wappoo Road, was arrested today and charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree arson. She is suspected of starting a fire Nov. 9, 2012, at the Manaker Law Firm, where she used to work, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said.

The fire started about 11:30 a.m. under the building at 571 Folly Road near the only door to the crawl space, Francis said.
