The Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Charleston has named its directors for 2013. They are: Joannie Paulling of Harbor National Bank; Joanne Russ of National MI; Mark Weeks of Weeks & Irvine LLC; Peter Insabella of CresCom Bank; Kyle Robeson of Beacon Appraisals LLC; Denis Brooks of Prudential Property & Casualty; Michelle Denton of Homefront Mortgage Legal; and Brooks Styles of W. Brooks Styles.



Jon Chalfie and Jeremy Willits of Avison Young represented the landlord in leasing 3,528 square feet of office space at Long Point Center, Mount Pleasant. The tenant, Oak Capital Management LLC, was represented by Philip Owens of Cusman & Wakefield|Thalhimer Charleston.

Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates represented Cricket Wireless in leasing a retail suite at 1890 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Charleston.



Aqua Blue Pools has been named among the top 50 of the nation’s top swimming pool builders by Pools and Spa News Magazine.



Bob Caldwell and Shep Benjamin of Caldwell Commercial and Todd Garrett of Avison Young leased 4,500 square feet of office space at 2460 Remount Road, North Charleston, to I-SYS Corp.



Allied Technology Group Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet at 3860 Faber Place Drive, North Charleston. Phillip Owens of Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.



Valarie M. Williams, executive director of the S.C. State Housing Finance and Development Authority, has been named to the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council.



Thomas M. Boulware VI and Dexter C. Rumsey IV of NAI Avant represented the seller, 1F3S LLC, in the $1.65 million sale of 2.4 acres on St. Andrews Boulevard, Charleston, to St. Andrews Storage LLC.



Carlene Sessions of North Charleston has been inducted into the Women’s Auxiliary to the South Carolina Chiropractic Association
