Sorority one of many particpants slated for Black Expo Charleston

Sigma Theta sorority sisters Maygan Green Katrina Enoch and Pat Smalls were busy Friday afternoon setting up for Saturday’s Black Expo Charleston with their representation of a 100-year-old picture of the sorority’s 22 founders.

In addition to their booth as part of the Expo’s Greek village, the day-long event includes about 85 vendors, young entrepreneurs, kids zone, a health and wellness area, cooking demonstrations and entertainment at the Charleston Area Convention Center in North Charleston.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. with former USC football player Marcus Lattimore scheduled to make an appearance at 1:30 p.m.
