Due to the federal budget sequester a performance by the United States Air Force Heritage Brass Quintet, scheduled for March 17 in North Charleston, has been cancelled.

The North Charleston’s Cultural Arts Department was going to host the perfomance at Sterett Hall Auditorium.

City officials said the performance was cancelled after it was announced Wednesday that all travel funds had been immediately suspended for all military bands.
