The burglaries were reported on Windmill Creek Road and Ammersee Court in Village Green between Nov. 30, 2012, and Feb. 27, according to Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis.
The boy is accused of stealing a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a camera and an iPod. All of the stolen items have been recovered, Francis said.
