Update: Today’s Charleston Southern vs. C of C baseball game now scheduled for 7 p.m. at Patriots Point
Today’s baseball game between the College of Charleston and Charleston Southern, originally scheduled for 2 p.m. at CSU, has been moved to 7 p.m. at the Cougars’ Patriots Point field.
The game was moved because of the threat of rain this afternoon. College of Charleston will now play at Charleston Southern on Mar. 6 at 2 p.m., effectively switching the home-and-home dates for the season series.
Both teams enter the game at 2-1 after winning last weekend’s season-opening series. The Cougars defeated Xavier, while Charleston Southern took two of three from Eastern Kentucky.
The Cougars are scheduled to start senior LHP Jimmy Revan, while CSU will throw RHP Stephen Leopard. Both pitchers will be making their college debuts.
