Charleston’s Women in Business event set for March 1
The Center for Women and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce will host the 8th annual Women in Business conference next month in Mount Pleasant.
The March 1 event will be 8 a.m-3 p.m. at the Omar Shrine Auditorium at 176 Patriots Point Road.
“More than 350 local women attend this annual event,” said Jennet Robinson Alterman, executive director for the Center for Women. “It is a great opportunity for women in any career to network their way to success, learn from area leaders and experts, as well as build your business.”
The keynote speaker is Carla Harris, managing director and senior client adviser at Morgan Stanley.
Tickets are $95 for center and chamber members and $125 for others.
