Voting will begin Saturday and run through 5 p.m. Feb. 27. Finalists will be interviewed in March and a winner and runner-up will be announced at the annual Pet Fest at Palmetto Islands County Park on April 13.

The winning owner will get a free Gold Pass for 2013 and the dog will get an official mascot collar, leash and T-shirt. The winning pooch will also be featured in the CCPRC’s Quarterly Parks and Program Guide.
