Woman stabbed to death in James Island apartment
A 25-year-old woman was found stabbed to death today in her bedroom on James Island, according to Charleston police.
Police found the woman about 5 p.m. at 1021-B Encampment Court, police spokesman Charles Francis said.
Police also found a man suspected of the killing in another bedroom of the apartment and took him into custody, Francis said.
Police say the stabbing appears to be the result of a domestic dispute.
Investigators are on scene.
