Rainy day expected, highs in the mid 60s

Don’t forget your umbrella this morning. The National Weather Service expects a rainy day for the Lowcountry today with a near 100 percent chance of showers.

Highs will be in the mid 60s with lows about 50, the Weather Service says. East winds will be from 10 to 15 mph.

Friday: Mostly cloudy skies with a 20 percent chance of rain. Highs will be in the mid 60s with lows about 40. Northwest winds will be 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

Saturday: Sunny skies with highs in the low 60s and lows in the upper 30s. Northeast winds will be from 10 to 15 mph.
