Moncks Corner police identified two men wanted in connection with a shooting that injured three people on Tuesday.
Trenton Major, 23, of Jingo Circle, and Darnell Reid, 21, of Gulledge Street are both wanted on an attempted murder charge, police Lt. Michael Roach said. Reid will face an additional first-degree burglary charge.
Both men are accused of firing shots that struck several homes and injured three people, Roach said.
Police responded to Wall Street about 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday following reports of shots fired in the area, an incident report states.
Two people were transported to Trident Medical Center with gunshot wounds to the upper left thigh and the lower right leg, according to the report.
A bullet grazed a third person on the hand. That person was treated and released, the report states.
Police have not identified those injured in the shooting.
Investigators determined that an argument between Major, Reid and two of the injured people triggered the shooting, Roach said.
The third person was not a part of the argument, but was grazed by a stray bullet, Roach said.
Major and Reid are both considered armed and dangerous, Roach said.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts can call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
