Possible jumper talked down from Ravenel Bridge
Emergency workers have talked down a man who threatened to jump off the Ravenel Bridge this morning, Charleston police said.
Police were notified at 8:17 a.m. that a man was atop the span and possibly attempting to jump, police spokesman Charles Francis said.
Emergency workers arrived and talked the man down around 8:42 a.m., Francis said.
