Greenville toddler fatally shot in head in accidental shooting
GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Authorities say the shooting death of a 3-year-old boy at a Greenville apartment was accidental.
Greenville County deputy coroner Jeff Fowler says the determination was made after an autopsy Saturday. He wouldn't talk about whether the boy pulled the trigger or the shot to his head was fired by someone else.
Investigators say Tmorej Smith was pronounced dead at the apartment shortly after he was shot around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Greenville Police are still investigating the shooting. No arrests have been made.
