CLEMSON - Clemson athletic director Dan Radakovich announced Monday that Clemson submitted a letter to the NCAA last week, self-reporting violations related to men’s and women’s track programs.

Lawrence Johnson, director of the Clemson track and field and cross

country programs, resigned earlier this month.

The letter “identified a summary of violations, along with the prescribed penalty and corrective measures taken by the institution,” according to Clemson.

Clemson contracted a third party to review the program after learning of “inappropriate conduct” in September.

Clemson officials will not comment on the infractions until there is a resolution.
