Local writer publishes personal growth book
Charleston-based writer Steve Ferber has published the self-help title “21 Rules to Live By,” meant to help readers strengthen relationships, make sound decisions and treat themselves with respect.

The book is divided into six sections, each designed to mirror key life moments. The book’s central aim is to help individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments.
