Cottageville teen found dead with gunshot wound
A Cottageville teen was found dead with a gunshot wound today.
The boy was found shot this afternoon in his house on Rehoboth Road, Colleton County Coroner Rich Harvey said.
Harvey declined to say whether the death appeared to be a homicide. He said an autopsy will be performed Friday to help determine that. He did not release the boy’s identity.
A Sheriff’s Office spokesman could not be immediately reached.
