DAVIDSON, N.C. – De’Mon Brooks scored 17 points and JP Kuhlman and Nik Cochran each added 15 points to lead Davidson past the College of Charleston, 77-68, Saturday night before a crowd of about 4,000 at the John M. Belk Arena.
The Wildcats (11-7, 5-2 in SoCon) used a 12-2 run late in the first half to open up a close game. The Cougars (12-7, 4-3) lost for the second straight game.
Andrew Lawrence led the Cougars with 17 points, while Adjehi Baru and Anthony Thomas each added 13 points.
The College of Charleston will face The Citadel Thursday night at TD Arena.
