New medical office offers advanced technology on James Island
Roper Hospital Diagnostics the newest addition to a suite of medical offices Roper St. Francis Healthcare operates on James Island is now open for patients.
The crown jewel of the new office, located at 325 Folly Road, is a $2 million GE 1.5 Tesla Wide Bore MRI machine, which accommodates larger patients than a typical MRI machine using more advanced technology.
The new medical diagnostics center is the consolidation of two smaller offices in West Ashley and on James Island.
Roper Hospital Diagnostics, 325 Folly Road, is open from 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
