A local Moe's Southwest Grill manager will be featured Friday night on an episode of the TV show “Undercover Boss.”
On the show, filmed at the chain's Mount Pleasant location, general manager Angelisa Bazzle unknowingly shares her hands-on knowledge of the brand with Moe's president Paul Damico.
She shows him how to work the cash register quickly and efficiently, tips for engaging customers and turning them into repeat customers and ideas for product innovation.
Damico also participated in food preparation with a shift supervisor, going on sales calls with a catering director and rolling burritos with a line cook.
Damico was named president of Atlanta-based Moe's Southwest Grill in 2008 after working with companies such as SSP America, FoodBrand LLC and Host Marriott Service Corp.
The show airs at 8 p.m. Friday on CBS.
