Man used stolen debit card at Goose Creek stores

Goose Creek police are looking for this man they used a stolen bank card to buy $600 worth of merchandise at Walmart, as well as two other locations, Dec. 26, 2012.

Goose Creek police are asking for help identifying a man who used a stolen bank card at three stores the day after Christmas.

A surveillance photo shows the man on a shopping spree at Walmart on St. James Avenue Dec. 26.

He also used the card at the Bi-Lo on St. James Avenue and a Sunoco gas station, running up more than $300 on the card, according to an incident report.

A woman told police she believed she dropped her debit card while getting out of her car at Bi-Lo.

Police believe the man was driving a dark-colored sport-utility vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Fogle at 853-5200, extension 2334, or leave an anonymous tip at Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
