‘Boyz to Gentlemen’ summit planned Saturday at West Ashley High School
The Charleston County School District Office of Community Outreach will host its fourth annual “From Boyz to Gentlemen” Summit 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at West Ashley High School, 4060 W. Wildcat Blvd.

The summit is meant for parents and their sons. It will address issues affecting young men of color, including student achievement and graduation rates.
The young violinist Daniel Davis will perform. Scheduled are a panel presentation, parent workshops, leadership sessions and a resource fair. Lunch will be included. Limited child care will be available.
