Party ’til you pop Charleston gets nod as 4th drinkingest city in the United States
Charleston has just been named the 4th Drunkest City in the country by The Daily Beast, an online magazine, based on indicators like drinks consumed per month, percentage of residents who are binge drinkers or heavy drinkers.
It’s a warts-and-all honor in a place with a long tradition of revelry. Drinking here causes police no end of headaches and contributes to a huge national problem of alcohol dependence.
