Frost advisory in effect, highs in the low 60s

A frost advisory is in effect for the Lowocuntry this morning, the National Weather Service says.

The Lowcountry will se partly cloudy skies today with highs in the low 60s and lows about 40.

Southeast winds will be from 5 to 10 mph.

New Year’s Day: Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Highs will be in the mid 60s with lows in the upper 40s. Southwest winds will be from 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: Cloudy with a 50 percent chance of rain. Highs will be about 60 with lows about 40.
