Doug Kifer has joined Departure Media Airport Advertising as business development manager. Previously, he was niche publications manager with The Post and Courier. He has a bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University.

Engineering

Nathan Baird has joined Live Oak Consultants as an engineer in the firm’s electrical design group. Previously, he was with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic in North Charleston. He is a South Carolina-registered professional engineer.

Government

Bonnie Ammons has been named executive director of the S.C. Rural Infrastructure Authority. She has worked in state government for more than 21 years, most recently as assistant director of federal grant programs at the S.C. Department of Commerce. She has a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University at Montgomery.

Health care

Craig M. Kilgore has been named chief executive officer of Charleston Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. He has more than 20 years of senior executive experience in finance, administration, information technology and strategic planning. Most recently he was president of Foundation Health Partners in Kingsport, Tenn. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from East Tennessee State University.

Law

Michael Scott and Chase McNair have joined Nexsen Pruet as associate attorneys in the firm’s Charleston office.

Scott practices with the employment and labor law group. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Previously, he was with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

McNair is with the business litigation practice group. He has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a law degree from Charleston School of Law.

Real estate

Elizabeth Poore has joined Dunes Properties on The Isle of Palms as a sales agent. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from the College of Charleston.

Technology

Dave Hopper has joined Green Cloud Technologies as dealer sales manager based in the company’s Mount Pleasant office. Previously, he was a director of account management and a sales engineer at Windstream. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Clemson University.
