Authorities investigating fatal shooting in Goose Creek
Authorities in Berkeley County are investigating a shooting in Goose Creek early today that took the life of a 27-year-old man.
D’Andrae White of North Charleston was shot at a residence on Jean Wells Drive in Goose Creek about 3 a.m., Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury said in a news release.
White was rushed to Medical University Hospital, where he died at 4:15 a.m., Salisbury said.
An autopsy was being conducted today and more information is expected later.
No arrests have been made, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Dan Moon said.
