ETV airs show to help children deal with fear after scary incident

The shooting in Connecticut has prompted ETV Kids to air a special episode of “Arthur” today that was created to help kids deal with fear after a scary incident.

The show is about a fire at a fictional school and how students and teachers cope with the incident. The program will air at 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on ETV and at 7 p.m. on the South Carolina Channel.

The show was created after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
