Members of the Charleston Police Department Special Investigations Unit executed the search warrant at 198 Spring St. last week.
Police confiscated .07 ounces of cocaine, 2.15 ounces of marijuana and more than $3,600 in cash from the house Dec. 12, according to spokesman Charles Francis.
Daniel John McKenzie, 21, who is on probation for a narcotic charge, is charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
John Gale Cornett III, 21, who is on probation for a narcotic charge, and Alexandra Elaine Schatten, 23, are both charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
The arrests came as result of information provided to police by concerned citizens, Francis said.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
