One hospitalized in auto-pedestrian wreck in downtown Charleston
A pedestrian is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle on the peninsula this morning.
The wreck happened at 6:55 a.m. in the area of Courtenay and Charleston Center drives, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said.
One person was transported to Medical University Hospital nearby, Francis said.
Francis did not have any information on that person’s condition.
