Charleston police arrested a second suspect Tuesday in connection with a burglary that happened on Hazelwood Drive last month.

Police charged Ervin Lee Frazier, 29, of Iris Street with first-degree burglary. He was held at the Charleston County jail, police spokesman Charles Francis said.

The burglary happened about 8 p.m. on Nov. 16, Francis said.

Police say someone kicked in the front door of an apartment and stole a rifle.

Police arrested Chauvez Williams, of Hazelwood Drive, on Nov. 27. Francis said Williams was also charged with first-degree burglary and held at the jail.

The case is still under investigation, Francis said.
