Louisville leading College of Charleston at halftime, 36-16

Louisville’s Peyton Siva scored 10 points and his backcourt teammate Russ Smith added nine points as the fifth-ranked Cardinals lead the College of Charleston, 36-16, at halftime at a sold out TD Arena.

The Cardinals, who were 13 of 14 from the free throw line, used a 14-2 run midway through the first half to break open the game.

The Cougars were led by Adjehi Baru’s four points and eight rebounds.
