Charleston County deputy hospitalized after single-vehicle wreck
A Charleston County deputy was hospitalized after a wreck in North Charleston early this morning.
The single-vehicle wreck happened as the deputy was ending his shift about 6 a.m. on Highway 174 near Pine Landing Road, Sheriff’s Maj. Jim Brady said.
The deputy was airlifted with serious, but not life threatening injuries, Brady said.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
