Charleston grand jury hands down three indictments
A federal grand jury in Charleston handed down three indictments today.
John Tobias, 32, of North Charleston, was charged with theft of government property. The maximum penalty is 10 years.
Kay Infinger Day, 48, of Summerville, was charged with five counts of wire fraud.The maximum penalty is 20 years.
David Ramirez Ramon, 35, of Mexico, was charged the illegal re-entry of a felon. The maximum penalty is 10 years.
