Frank Wells has been named chief operating officer for the West Ashley location of Health First Primary, Urgent & Emergency Care.

David Clark has been promoted at Mount Pleasant-based Wild Wing Cafe to vice president of construction and operations services. He has worked with the company since 1992. His new role involves developing and installing a new prototype design for current and future restaurants. Also, he provides operations support to the company’s marketing and purchasing functions.
