Detectives ask help finding drug warrant fugitive

Denangelo Martequiz Brown, aka “DeeDee”, is wanted on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.

Charleston County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help finding a fugitive wanted on drug charges.

Denangelo Martequiz Brown, 23, aka “DeeDee” is wanted on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, Sheriff’s Maj. Jim Brady said today.

The sheriff’s office warns that Brown may possess a firearm.

He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. His last known address was on Elroy Road in Adams Run. He is known to drive a silver four-door Ford Taurus with SC license plate GVE376.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective M. Downing or J. Frost at 202-1700 or leave an anonymous tip at Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
