South Carolina completes 2013 schedule by adding Coastal Carolina, moving North Carolina game
South Carolina finalized its 2013 football schedule Wednesday by replacing South Carolina State with Coastal Carolina and moving the opener against North Carolina from a Thursday to a Saturday. USC and Coastal will play for the first time on Nov. 23, the week before Clemson travels to USC. The Gamecocks and Coastal will play again in 2016.
Because of the reconfigured Southeastern Conference schedule, all SEC teams will have two off dates in 2013. USC’s are Sept. 21, after its third game, and Nov. 9, after its ninth game.
