Four arrested after shots were fired in Summerville neighborhood

Four people were arrested after shots were fired at a house in Summerville’s Evergreen subdivision this morning.

The shots were reported about 11 a.m. near Magwood Drive and Langley Drive, which are between Bacons Bridge and Trolley roads. The shots were fired from a car toward a house, Capt. Jon Rogers said.

An officer stopped the car at Trolley Road and Crestview Drive. One of the four occupants ran, but all were eventually arrested.

Yasmine Smalls, 18, of Pineville, K-Ron Washington, 18, of Pineville, James Williams, 23, of Ladson and Ashley Washington, 20, of Summerville are all charged with discharging a firearm into a dwelling.

They are being held in the Dorchester County jail.
