Charleston police searching for missing teen
A 15-year-old boy ran away from school Monday and his family hasn’t seen him since.
Edward Vincent Tankersley ran away from West Ashley High School after his second period class Monday, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said.
Students saw Tankersley on campus Tuesday morning but he did not show up for class, Francis said.
Police don’t suspect foul play, but Tankersley’s family is worried because they don’t know where he is staying, Francis said.
