What: 56th annual Coastal Carolina Fair
Where: Exchange Park in Ladson
When: Today-Sunday
Hours: 3-9 p.m.
Tickets: $8 adults (or eight electronic books of Greenbax); $5 children 6-12 (or five electronic books of Greenbax); free for 5 and under; $4 for seniors on Senior Day. Ride tickets $4 each, $20 for a book of 20 or a hand stamp to ride all day. All entertainment free with gate ticket.
Directions: Take Interstate 26 exit 205 to U.S. Highway 78 or I-26 exit 203 to College Park Road to parking lots.
Midway: 62 rides and attractions
Gazebo Stage: Hypnotist Mark Yuzuick.
Gazebo Lawn: Lumberjack show
Gate 2: Petting zoo
Cox Pavillion: Carl Brunson the One-Man Band
Agriculture Buildings: Animal shows and bull riding
Animal Barn: Live animals
Fine Arts Building: Youth art, adult art and photography
Creative Arts Building: Woodcarvers, ceramics, needlework, crafts, quilting and decorative painting
Flower Building: “Sail Away” flower shows
Lake: Fireworks display over the lake, 8:45 p.m.
Lakefront Stage: Jo Dee Messina, 7:30 p.m.
