Two more men charged with killing man found in Francis Marion forest

Berkeley County sheriff’s deputies arrested and charged two more men with murder in the death of Robert Moultrie, whose body was found in a vehicle in the Francis Marion National Forest last month.

Jason Kinloch, 32, of Charity Church Road in Huger was arrested Wednesday and Christopher Ormond Tiller, 23, of 1020 Charity Church Road was arrested Friday, spokesman Dan Moon said.

Both men are charged with murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Kinloch’s bail was set at $260,0000. Tiller is expected to appear at a bond hearing Friday night.

Deputies already arrested and chargedPatrick Dwayne Kinloch, 22, of Gray Drive in Huger and Joshua Pruitt, 18, of Cainhoy Road with murder. They’ve since been charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

All four men are being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
