Coastal flood advisory in effect, highs in the mid 70s

The National Weather Service issued a coastal flood advisory for the Charleston area until noon today.

Today’s skies will be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the upper 50s.

East winds will be from 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers. Highs about 80 with lows about 60. South winds will be from 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

Friday: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers. Highs will be in the upper 70s with lows in the mid 50s. Highs will be in the upper 70s and lows in the mid 50s. Northeast winds will be from 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
