S.C. House District 115 candidates face off in forum Oct. 25
The two candidates running for S.C. House District 115 will face off at James Island Town Hall at 7 p.m. Oct. 25.
Incumbent Republican Peter McCoy and independent challenger Carol Tempel are seeking the seat, which covers much of James Island, Folly Beach, and Kiawah and Seabrook islands.
