Charleston County School Board candidates to participate in public forum
Charleston County School Board candidates will participate in a public forum Wednesday sponsored by the League of Women Voters.
The event begins at 7 p.m. at North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane. The event also will be streamed live at the league’s website, www.lwvcharleston.org, and rebroadcast on Comcast Channel 60.
The public will be given the opportunity to ask questions of the candidates. Six of the board’s nine seats are up for grabs in the Nov. 6 election.
