BRATCHER, Shirley Jean, 73, of Hanahan, a retired secretary for the Charleston County School District and widow of William D. Bratcher, died Saturday. Arrangements by Stuhr’s Northwoods Chapel of North Charleston.

DRIGGERS, Mary J., 63, of Summerville, a cashier for Youmans Exxon, died Saturday. Arrangements by Dyal Funeral Home.

KINLOCH, Loretta S., 79, of Huger, a domestic worker, died Saturday. Arrangements by Scott’s Mortuary of Moncks Corner.

RAHN, Mae Londeree, 91, of Hanahan, an Army Air Corps veteran and retired budget analyst at the Navy weapons station, died Saturday. Arrangements by Stuhr’s Northwoods Chapel of North Charleston.

VASSAR, Arthur James, 77, of Goose Creek, a retired driver for Southeastern Freight Lines Trucking Co., master mechanic and widower of Dorothy R. Vassar, died Friday. Arrangements by Dyal Funeral Home of Summerville.
