Charleston police released a video clip tonight of the man accused of robbing a West Ashley drug store Monday night.

About 9:10 p.m., a man walked into Rite Aid at 1934 Ashley River Road, brandished a handgun and demanded prescription drugs, police said.

The gunman put about 2,500 pills in a white trash bag and ran from the store. He was described as being in his twenties and wearing a red-and-grey hoodie and black pants with a white stripe.

Anyone with information about the robbery should call police at 577-7434 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
